Since I started Slimming World my whole food world has been turned upside, inside out and so far i’ve lost 2st 2.5lb (16/03/18!) and all due to the fact that I PLAN and or WRITE IT DOWN after. It’s honestly the simplest way for me to keep track of those treats!
